Any agent that has a 2-15 insurance license can sell life insurance. However, to be truly successful you will need a strong team to support you and the right carriers for your client’s needs. 

Doing your research and reaching out to a larger team for help when starting off are great ways to prepare when entering the life insurance market.

Who should I be selling life insurance to? 

Anyone can be the ideal client. Your primary objective is to find the right plan that best fits the needs of the client. Again, do your research! This is where an FMO or IMO can be extremely helpful as they can provide you with the knowledge and resources to get started. Working with a larger team like ours will allow you to shop the top carriers in the life insurance industry.

What are the best carriers?   

As an insurance consulting firm, we don’t have a favorite carrier.  We focus on the needs of our client and review each carrier to find the best fit. Having a diverse product portfolio is crucial to selling life insurance to individuals.
